OUR STORY & IMPACT

OUR STORY & IMPACT

From a small mud-built classroom to a thriving school, our journey has been one of faith, resilience, and miracles.

In 2018, with help from generous U.S. donors Richard  Phillips and Alice , we built brick classrooms, stocked the school, and raised the quality of life for every child. Sadly, both donors passed away from COVID-19, leaving a huge gap in our support.

Even during crises—like the pandemic and political neglect—we have stood strong, serving more children than ever, now numbering to 300.

But today, we face a critical threat:
After Hassan’s grandmother passed away, her family demanded $60,000 USD in annual rent or eviction from the land. They are threatening to demolish the orphanage, school and the orphanage garden.

We are now seeking to purchase permanent land—so these children can have a future that no one can take away.
